FAQs

What is a dry bar?

According to California State law, we cannot obtain a liquor license for mobile bars. Therefore, the client will need to provide the liquor for the events.


If I place a liquor order and pre-pay, can you pick it up?

YES! If the store is local to us, we can pick up your liquor order for a small fee of $30. Distance can be discussed.


Do you offer Decor?

We offer basic decor but we are happy to discuss with you about how you envision the space..


Do you sanitize?

Yes! We keep our workspace and entertainment space clean, clutter free, and sanitized throughout and after each event!


What will happen to all of the beverages if you do not use them all?

Anything you have purchased, that is extra, will be returned to you. 


Will you provide trash bins and trash disposal?

Please discuss this with the venue or planner on bins and disposal. We do not offer these services.


Can we rent your bars without your services?

Sorry, we do not offer our bars as standalone rentals. 


Can we add more time to our event?

Absolutely! We would love to hang out longer! Additional event times start at $150 additional per hour. (Applies to bar packages)


Is there a fee if we accidentally lose or damage a lawn game piece?

Yes, we know how exciting it can be when you get super competitive with games. However, we also take pride in our decor and products so we ask for a $100 fee for any damages or lost pieces to our games.


Can we just hire your bartenders for our event?

YES! See our pricing page for more information.


Is gratuity included?

We have a tip jar posted at all of our events.  In the bartending industry, most bartenders make a living based on tips, so we do include a 18% Gratuity on all events.


Do you offer anything for pets?

We love our furry friends and will offer a water bowl and pup treats to any furry friend we meet! 


Do you walk around and serve our guest and take drink orders?

Although we love to mingle, guests are encouraged to walk up to our bars/cart to order their drink.


What about inclement weather?

Rain or shine, we will be there!  We just ask you to provide a tent/ umbrella to cover the Portable bar if this is an outdoor space. Rescheduling can be discussed.


How do you handle deposits and refunds?

We require a 50% deposit to mark you on our calendar and reserve that date and time for you.  If you cancel your event, unfortunately we do not offer any refunds due to client availability and requests.  Rescheduling can be discussed.


When can I reschedule my event if I need to change the date?

Rescheduling will need to fall within the next 60 days of your original event date. 


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept, cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit card companies. 


Do you card/ID guests?

According to California state law, anyone who looks under the age of 30 must be carded/IDd. We reserve the right to end service immediately and leave the the premises if any person under the age of 21 is being served and/or consuming alcohol during the time we service the event. 


Are you insured?

Yes! We have general liquor liability insurance.
